The second media sensitization for #SAATMMedia fraternity was held online on 14 May 2026. This wasn’t just a briefing of an upcoming Air Convention in Lome, Togo in June: it was a *warning for what’s coming*- those tectonic shifts few are talking about: how African airlines, through the Single African Air Transport Mechanism (SAATM), are going to get their own AU year in 2027, and how *the Lome Convention will re-write Africa’s integration* in more ways than we can imagine.
