The AfCAC (African Civil Aviation Commission) Media Network was unofficially launched at the just-ended 5-day AfCAC Air Convention & Exhibition that was held in Lome, Togo 15-19 June, 2026.
Populated by communication & media experts specializing on air transport; SAATM; and Africa’s integration efforts around air transport, it includes **African Pilot magazine, South Africa;
**Channels TV of Nigeria;
**Allied Aviation;
**Senegalese agency of Civil Aviation & Meteorology (ANACIM); &
**ECOWAS Business News (@ecowasbusinessnews).
While this might be the core of the Network, we shall all be working with other media colleagues, such as Aviation Monitor, to continue amplifying the outcomes of the Lome Ministerial Declaration; SAATM; and the great work AfCAC does as the AU’s agency responsible for promoting civil aviation.
